Our COVID-19 Policy
At Hutchinson Cox, we are strongly committed to the health and safety of our employees, clients, and community. Our focus has been on ensuring we meet our clients’ needs while also taking precautions recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and other health authorities to help stop the spread of COVID-19.
As of July 1, 2021, we have returned to our downtown Eugene office on a part-time basis and welcome clients back to the office for in-person meetings when needed. We are following the Oregon Health Authority guidelines as it relates to mask requirements. Masks are required for all staff and visitors.
While we value in-person interactions with our clients, we are well equipped to work remotely via phone calls or virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom, and that is our default meeting method. If you would prefer an in-person meeting, please let us know, and we will work with you to find the best solution.
Throughout the pandemic, we have continued to provide high-quality legal services, including, but not limited to, answering your questions, filing documents with government agencies and courts electronically, litigating cases in virtual court, and ensuring that your transactional requirements are addressed in a timely manner.
We will continue to be flexible and responsive to this rapidly evolving situation and thank you for your patience and trust as we collectively navigate these uncharted times.
