About Scott
With more than 15 years of experience, Scott focuses on helping creditors navigate bankruptcy, enforcement, compliance, and litigation matters. He has extensive experience representing credit unions and other financial institutions and takes a problem-solving approach to his work. Scott makes a point of understanding his clients’ businesses and objectives so he can provide clear advice not only about what the law allows, but about the best way to move forward. He particularly values long-term client relationships and being a trusted resource clients can call when difficult or unusual issues arise. Scott is admitted to practice in all state courts in Oregon and Washington and in the the U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts for the District of Oregon, the Western District of Washington, and the Eastern District of Washington.
Scott grew up in the Portland area, where he still lives today with his wife of more than 20 years (his high school sweetheart) and their five children. Outside the office, he spends many weekends at his kids’ sporting events and enjoys Blazers games, concerts, and live comedy.
